We provide takeback handling with your car finance lender and a full vehicle inspection assessment — all for only £249.95. This fee is payable when we take on your case. Vehicle transportation and storage, where required, are charged separately. Outcomes depend on the circumstances of each case and are not guaranteed.

You do not have to use a paid service. You can complain directly to your dealership or finance provider at no cost. If your complaint is not resolved, you may be able to refer it to the Financial Ombudsman Service, also free of charge. You are welcome to come back to us at any point, and we will review your case in full for the same £249.95 fixed fee.
