“My car broke down within weeks of buying it”
Faults that appear soon after purchase are often the strongest grounds for rejecting a car.
The first 30 days
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you have a short-term right to reject a faulty car within 30 days of taking delivery.
Up to six months
If a fault appears within six months, it is generally presumed to have been there when you got the car, unless the supplier can show otherwise.
How we can help
We arrange an inspection to record the fault and use it to show it was present at or before the time of purchase.
Let us take it from here
We provide takeback handling with your car finance lender and a full vehicle inspection assessment — all for only £249.95. This fee is payable when we take on your case.
