“The car isn’t what was advertised”
Missing features, wrong specification or undisclosed damage can mean the car was not as described.
What counts
A car must match its description. Missing advertised features, a different specification, incorrect service history, mileage discrepancies or undisclosed accident damage may all be grounds for a complaint.
Evidence to save
Screenshots of the advert, the sales invoice from the dealership, your finance agreement and photos of the problem.
